100% raw honey from the Cooley Peninsula. Nothing added, never heated.
Contains honey. Not suitable for infants under 12 months. May contain natural traces of pollen and other bee products.
Keep at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Raw honey crystallises naturally over time, which is normal. To soften, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water.

In time, yes. Raw honey naturally crystallises. Stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water to soften it back to runny.
It is the best jar for baking, glazes and dressings, where a milder honey suits and heat softens the finer aromas anyway.
